Are we supposed to tip our game master?
Tips are not required nor expected but definitely appreciated by our Game Masters. If you have a great time let them know!
CAN WE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AFTER BOOKING?
No, unfortunately we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or reschedules. In certain circumstances, we are able to offer a credit for a future visit if we are given 72 hours notice.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY?
We recommend at least 3 people for games. If you have fewer than 3 in your party, you can always book for 3 people and show up with less.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 15 minutes early. This will afford us time in case we need to reset rooms in-between appointments.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
There is no age limit but the rooms are designed for 6 and up. Do you have children under 6 but still want to participate? No problem, just give us a call. Babies are welcome in a baby bjorn or stroller. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
IS IT SCARY?
No, it is not scary. Our games are all family friendly.
